People with enormous potential, great talent, creativity, energy, illusion. This incredible talent is the future of our sector and we must promote and take care of it. However, as in all sectors, it faces many difficulties to be heard by industry. Our Rising Stars project, which meets several of the objectives defined in our Strategic Plan LTP2030, is our humble proposal to give visibility to this new talent and facilitate its contribution to the future of cosmetics".

Without a doubt, this is an initiative that helps to revitalize the cosmetic sector by promoting support for new talents, giving visibility to new ideas and contributing to cooperation between key players in our industry.
