Our Privacy Policy describes how B Next in Beauty (hereinafter, “NIB”) collects, processes and protects your personal information, as well as how we use this information and your rights.

The Privacy Policy applies to all personal information collected or processed by NIB.

II.Purpose:

NIB treats the information provided by users to offer them the newsletter service and inform them about the news available in the service, to inform about the service and its news, including the information bulletin service on (include the information that is sent through the newsletter).

The personal data that you have provided us will be kept if the relationship between NIB and the user is maintained. Once the relationship between both parties has ended, NIB may keep the user's personal data until the deletion is requested by the interested party, applying the maximum period stipulated by law, from the last confirmation of interest, to be able to attend to possible queries or subsequent claims.

Rights

NIB may modify and/or update the Privacy Policy. When the changes have a fundamental impact on the nature of the processing of your personal data, we will notify you in advance so that you can exercise your rights.

The last update will be reflected in the effective date, which will remain at the top of the document.
