Rec.0 already has a date for its summer edition. On 8, 9, 10 and 11 May, fashion will once again come together in the Rec district of Igualada and the city will once again become the epicentre of fashion in Catalonia. The festival will count, as in every edition, with the presence and collaboration of major brands and international firms, but also leaving its place to emerging designers and putting the focus on sustainable fashion brands, as well as a clothing exchange market.
The festival organisers have already opened the call for those brands, firms and designers who want to take part again in this summer edition, which will serve as an opportunity to sell their stocks. As usual, the festival programme will include concerts, guided tours, round tables and workshops.
Rec.0 will be fifteen years old this 2024 and continues to fulfil its founding objective: to defend and protect the industrial heritage of this emblematic neighbourhood in the city of Manresa. Twice a year, the Rec neighbourhood transforms its old factories, now in disuse, to make way for fashion and design pop-up stores for 4 days. Thanks to this, Rec.0 has become the largest event and concentration of special sales of fashion brands and designers in Europe, attracting more than 100,000 visitors in its previous editions.
