Carmina Alfonso Padilla

PhD in Chemistry from the Universitat Jaume I and International Master in Project Management from the EAE Business School, she began her professional career as a formulator of industrial hygiene products. In 2018 she joined the team of the cosmetics division of Zschimmer & Schwarz Spain, where she has worked for almost 5 years providing technical assistance to cosmetics formulators and creating content for social networks and media. Third prize for Best Professional Beauty Communicator at the Digital Beauty Awards 2021 and 2023, since summer 2023 she is the new Global Head of Corporate Development of the Zschimmer & Schwarz Group.
