The man approaches to steps enlarged to the world of the cosmetic and personal care. Every time they concern more by the image that they transmit and look for so much an internal welfare, as external to be able to attain improve his self-esteem and also the confidence in himself same.

In a study made to the readers with a half age of 37 years of the magazines of 'Men's Health', 'Runner's',  'World Esquire', 'Fotogramas' and 'Car&Driver' in which they participated a total of 8.534 participants extracted a series of conclusions very interesting on the perception of the cosmetic for them.

Regarding the personal care, 54% of them does it to feel well, 17% search with this age better. 10% keep on being appeal, whereas 9% search have more security. 6% does it by social pressure, another 2% to tie and 2% remaining pretends to look that it is younger.

For 48% of the respondents the aging does not suppose a worry: they feel each better day

The true, is that something that deduces through the study, is that they confront the aging like something totally natural. 24% answers that to the 30 years was when it began to realise of the apparition of the first signs of the age. 19% affirms that to the 35, 16% corroborates that it was to the 25. Next, 14% thinks that did not go until fulfilling the 40, whereas 27% of the men polled thinks that still has not begun to age. This, is not worry for 48% of them, since they ensure that each day feel better and besides 25% think that crease them and the grey hair, the first signs of aging, seats them well.

Regarding the habits of the men, 52% of the respondents so devotes between 11 and 30 minutes to the day to take care and only 29% extends his care until an upper time to the 30 minutes. Although they interest increasingly by the cosmetic treatments, the investment in her is relatively low: almost 70% solo spend between 20 and €40, and 43% of this money invest it in facial creams. Introducing a bit more in the preferences that show like customers to the hour to choose a product, 64% of the men polled in this report of 'Men's Health', prefer that the texture of his facial cream of daily use was a serum or cream. The one who more use, and at the same time, his favourite, is that that helps to minimise the symbols of aging (specifically 25% decants by this option). Although also there is 21% that prefers that his skin see more moisturized, thus, use this kind of formulas.

But, How many products use the men in his daily routine? As it extracts of the proportionate answers by the participants of the study, of average are used to to use some 7 products, although it also is true that 21% of the men incorporate more than nine products in his ritual of care. When choosing new products that add, 64% of the men loan special attention in the components and ingredients: 54% of them look for that this formulation contain active principles. 18% fixed in the price, and 11% in the mark. To the year, one of each three men test five new products and the cause of this is, mainly, because the man with the step of the time goes discovering new needs that before believed not having. Still like this, 21% admits that a new product also conquers him through a good campaign of advertising, and 18% if he considers that the product has an optimum available price.

On the other hand, in the study elaborated this same year by 'Men's Health', have wanted to incorporate a small part that spoke on the current state of the nutricosmetics. 55% of which formed part of this study have confessed that yes they consume nutricosmetics/alimentary supplementation, and 71% of them does it from more than 1 year t between 5 years. In 58% of the cases associate his consumption with the obtaining of energy and the welfare, although 11% also does it to brake or warn the fall of the hair, appearance that concerns to 22% of the participants, above the grey hair, the hair weakness or the fault of shine. The hair health is something that concerns to the men, and is that as they show some studies are related with problems of anxiety and depression put that undermine the self-esteem of the young man, and also grows the fear in how much to the baldness. Besides, in Spain, as it indicates an article of 'La Vanguardia' 50% of the population suffers problems of baldness, and the percentage increases 10% each 10 years.
