As it explains this study, in the last two years, the activity emprendedora of the women has increased until 10% in the last two years.Regarding to the age in which these women decide to undertake, is especially between the bands of age of the 25 to the 34, and of the 35 to the 44, very similar to the one of the men. As according to an article published by the newspaper El Mundo, analyses the situation of the entrepeneur womens and startups in Spain, the sector preferred by the women to initiate her business adventure is the lifestyle, fashion and communication. Definitely, in the field of the 'lifestyle' and the welfare, includes the cosmetic, and today, in 'Next In Beauty', we bring to you the testimony of eight women, that decided to put all their ambition, courage, desire, illusion, knowledge, and especially, time and patience in his projects and that have seen like all his effort has obtained a gratificante reward. Ambra Orini (Co-Founder of The Beauty Makers): 'The Beauty Makers' is an agency of communication that was born in the 2015 focused in the implantation and creation of communicative strategies for marks of the sector of the beauty. Ambra has devoted all her work life to the sector beauty and ensures, that the cosmetic is in her DNA and in the year of the foundation of TBM, put end to her life as a freelance to lead and create her new company that fulfils already more than 7 years. Carmen Sánchez (Direction and Marketing of Mentactiva): Mentactiva is a school of natural cosmetic of emprendedores and for emprendedores. It offers courses and trainings with the aim to favour the conditions of work and emprendimiento. But… How it arrived Carmen to create and lead Mentactiva? "In the life of every entrepreneur, there comes a moment that changes everything. In my case, it was a combination of circumstances. I had just returned to Spain after living for a while in the USA and I wanted to start a new project. I chose the cosmetics sector because I had always had a special interest in cosmetic science, and at that time, I was reading a lot of books about cosmetic formulation. I realized there was a clear gap in the market for training opportunities for entrepreneurs in this sector." Regarding the difficulties, the legal subjects, agreements or financial management of the company are some of the weak points to which has had to face up Carmen. Because being an entrepreneur means having to manage and know a little about everything. A skilled chemical engineer in formulation and high cosmetic How is born LICO Cosmetics and how has developed ? "Like a hobby, I am a passionate of the cosmetic. Lucyanna Barbosa (Co-Founder And CEO in Bicosome): Bicosome is a biotech catalan company that develops and commercialises ingredients advanced for the skin care and the hair using biomimetics technologies own of release focused of active. Lucyanna decided delved into in the world of the emprendedor because it missed to take his own decisions and wanted to generate a positive impact in the society with her work, as it has explained to 'Next In Beauty'. It is a project founded by four women, four scientists that saw like the cosmetic was the ideal field to show his will and creativity. Lucyanna recognises that it was not an easy way by the ignorance of all the areas to which have to face up when you turn you into emprendedor, as for example, the management of Human Resources, something that is paramount. Mayte Expósito (CEO and Founder of Imago): the story of Mayte is particular. It began studying right, but she, was really a passionate of the communication, trends, fashion and beauty.
