PhD in Chemical Engineering from the University of Vigo, after obtaining a Degree in Chemistry and a Master's Degree in Advanced Biotechnology from the same University. She has 3 years of experience in the development of R&D projects related to obtaining materials at micro and nanometric scale for different applications (food, pharma, cosmetics, packaging, industrial, etc.), handling techniques such as spray drying and cooling, electrospinning, electrospraying, etc.
Currently, as Project Manager in Microencapsulation Technologies, his activity is focused on the preparation, planning and execution of research and development projects at private and public level, focused on the study of microencapsulation processes of ingredients, active ingredients, microorganisms, etc. for the food, agrochemical, cosmetic, chemical, etc. industries, as well as their scaling and implementation at industrial level.
