Proya Cosmetics gains ground in Europe. On October 13, the Chinese cosmetic group inaugurated its innovation center located in Paris, which marks a milestone for the company in its European trajectory.
Proya Cosmetics has explained that this becomes a fundamental pillar in its strengthening on the European continent and that it will allow them to expand and build a global cosmetic platform. This center located in Europe will work hand in hand with the innovation center located in Shanghai and also with the Hangzhou Longwu R&D Center to build a global innovation network with the aim of responding to local demand and continuing to collaborate with international technology.
One of the guidelines that Proya pursues with this innovation center located in the French capital is to strengthen the area of "skin longevity science" and position itself in one of the fields where Europe has strong scientific and technological knowledge, such as longevity from a scientific point of view, skin biology, biotechnology, and sustainable ingredients and technologies.
In addition, Proya points out that the laboratory will work with three basic pillars. The first will be to deepen the research behind the biological mechanisms of the skin in skin longevity, resilience, and regeneration to be more effective, all based on evidence. Secondly, Proya wants to foster an environment that brings new generation solutions. And finally, it wants these innovations to have a final impact on the consumer.
Therefore, Proya Cosmetics will work in direct collaboration with its other centers to improve in terms of formulation, ingredients, product safety, and efficacy.
The new facilities have an area of 450 square meters, with 76 advanced pieces of equipment and 7 researchers. The European Innovation Center will generate even more scientific knowledge and open the door to new areas of research with great potential while creating new alliances within the European cosmetic sector.
"This new Innovation center connects the ecosystems of Europe and China to draw new synergies and create new capabilities through scientific interaction and the cultural perspective of European consumers," said Mr. Hou, CEO and founder of Proya Cosmetics, in a statement issued by the company.
