Mixer & Pack celebrates its 30th anniversary with the launch of “Essence 360”, its first annual corporate magazine. With this publication, the Spanish company specialized in perfumery for third parties reinforces its commitment to institutional communication, paying tribute to its roots, values and the team that has contributed to forging its identity.

The magazine seeks to strengthen the connection with both internal and external collaborators, offering an in-depth look at the company's trajectory and its strategic pillars. “Essence 360” combines a retrospective function with a vision towards the future, reflecting its culture and, above all, the people who create it from within.

The cover of the first issue features the eleven “employees of the year”, an internal annual recognition, representing a solid reflection of the values that define Mixer & Pack: commitment, culture of effort and excellence in all areas, from production to business development.

The company was born in 1994 in Meco (Madrid), thanks to the vision of Rodolfo Gómez de Vargas and Gregoria Loeches. Over the years, it has grown, refined its processes, and moved to Cabanillas del Campo (Guadalajara), maintaining a family spirit. Currently, already in the hands of the second generation, it has a plant considered cutting-edge in Europe and distributes in more than 120 countries.

Mixer & Pack has received several outstanding awards: the AITEX 2024 for cosmetic innovation, “Company of the Year 2022” in Guadalajara, the MÉEM award from the JCCM, the Gold Medal from Stanpa, National Fashion Industry Award (2020), and the CEPYME 2019 Award for sustainability and energy efficiency. In addition, it demonstrates a firm social commitment: in 2020 it signed an agreement with the Spanish Red Cross to promote the labor integration of people at risk of social exclusion.
