Amyris Auctions four of his marks of 'clean skin care'. Like this it has announced it this morning 'Cosmetics Business'.

As explained by the Anglo-Saxon specialised cosmetics media, it has pointed out that the owner of Lookfantastic and THG Beauty has submitted a bid of 20 million dollars for Biossance. Biossance is Amyris' brand of products containing a moisturising molecule made from sustainably fermented sugar cane.

The Pippette brand is owned by HRB Brands, the conglomerate bid more than $1.7 billion for the baby care brand. MenoLabs, the supplement brand for women with menopause also went to Dr. Reddy's Laboratories for $3 million and 4U, actress Tia Mowry's hair care brand now owned by Scent Theory Products for $600,000.

Amyris stated in August, when it filed for bankruptcy, that it would abandon all of its consumer brands, but would continue to operate them through retail partners and e-commerce platforms during the sale process.

Han Kieftenbeld, Amyris' interim CEO and CFO, stated in August that he expected Amyris to "emerge as a financially stronger company with a more focused business model and a well-defined profitability path" at the end of the restructuring process.
