The cosmetic group has chosen to Samuel du Retail like new CEO of L'Oréal of South Korea. The new executive forms part of the cosmetic giant French from 26 years ago.
From 2006, until 2011, Samuel du Retail occupied the position of CFO of L'Oréal in China, after exerting a similar role in Western Europe. In 2013, and until 2016, it moved to Paris to lead the group of 'Consumer Products' category in which they include marks as 'Garnier' or 'Maybelline'. So alone a year afterwards. It was appointed like General Manager of Consumer Products in China, until 2020, year in which du Retail returned to France to position like director of operations of and-commerce of L'Oréal. And now, in 2022, the group has opted for awarding him the responsability to be the Chief Executive Officer of L'Oréal South Korea.
The group has presence in the Asian country from 1993 and offers employment to some 2.000 people in South Korea.
