Relief in the executive leadership of Laboratorios Prady Normapiel. The Murcian firm specializing in perfumery, ambiance, and cosmetics has announced the official appointment of Martín Sánchez Carrillo as the new General Manager, a strategic move integrated into the company's professionalization roadmap following its acquisition by the British multinational 2M Group of Companies.
Sánchez Carrillo, 33, assumes executive leadership after a structured succession process and internal promotion. For the past two and a half years, the executive served as Deputy General Manager, working directly with the firm's founder, Juan Cremades, and actively participating in the organization's transformation towards a more efficient industrial and financial management model.
Martín Sánchez's incorporation into the general management is not an external move, but the consolidation of a 12-year career within the company itself, where he originally joined as an intern. Over more than a decade, the executive has led key departments related to cost control, optimization of production processes, and negotiation with national and international suppliers.
Graduated in Business Administration and Management (ADE) with a specialization in Innovation and Organizational Change, and with an MBA focused on Financial Management, Sánchez passed a coordinated evaluation process after 2M Group of Companies acquired a majority stake in the company, validating his competencies in change management and corporate strategic vision.
Objectives: Internationalization and innovation
The main challenge for the new general manager will be to execute the business plan focused on scaling the company's international positioning, while simultaneously strengthening the operational capacity of its production plant.
"Our goal is to continue growing with control, strengthen our international presence, drive innovation, and maintain the adaptability that has always characterized the company," said Martín Sánchez after his appointment became official.
The new strategic phase of Laboratorios Prady Normapiel, under this new leadership, will be structured on the basis of corporate digital transformation, the incorporation of new technologies applied to the production of perfumery and cosmetics, and the development of value-added products to respond to the demands of the global B2B market.
