Juan Franco is the new CEO of Equivalenza Spain

Juan Franco now takes over the company, replacing José María Fernández who had been in the position since 2018

Change of management at Equivalenza after more than five years. Juan Franco will be the new CEO of the company in Spain.

The brand dedicated to perfumery, cosmetics and wellness has announced this new appointment that will replace María Fernández, who has served as CEO since last 2018. Juan Franco will now be in charge of the functions performed by Fernández after more than 20 years of experience in Leadership and Business Transformation in omnichannel models. During these 20 years he has worked in large companies with a focus on the consumer sector with omnichannel distribution: retail, e-commerce, marketplace and social selling in both B2B and B2C models.

Juan Franco has commented that he assumes this new framework with enthusiasm and with a faithful commitment to the trust placed in him: "I am aware of the challenge I have in my hands to lead a successful company, both in Spain and in Europe, which needs a new impetus and to start a new era to continue growing, winning new consumers and expanding into new countries".  

The new CEO explained that his goal is to transform the brand to conquer new consumers and markets "it is a company that democratises premium perfumery. My goal is to transform the brand to conquer new consumers and markets through a multi-format point-of-sale and multi-channel strategy, with the quality of innovation that characterises it".
