BASF presents the innovation in his range of ingredients allocated to the care of the skin. Verdessence, is the line of BASF that offers natural alternatives to the polymers synthetic apt for all type of formulations. Verdessence, obtains of the plant of konjac, is acold processable rheological modifier, that allows to obtain high viscosities and fun formats combined, thus, divides in 3 according to his textures:

  • Verdessence Xanthan:a flexible rubber that thickens and stabilizes different viscous media providing transparency.
  • Verdessence Alginate: Biopolymer polysaccharide derived of the brown seaweeds, with stabilizing properties that allows to formulate systems "without emulsifier".
  • Verdessence Tara: Obtained of Tara spinosa, offers soft textures and homogeneous.
  • Verdessence RiceTouch: It is the novelty of the range. Derived of the starch of rice of European origin that offers an effect mattifying and a "Skin feel" very pleasant.

BASF Took advantage of the Cosmetorium to present face-to-face these rheology modifiers.
