'Cities', the first collection of scents, re-creates an olfactory trip to a special city of the world through a personal history

Contes Of Parfums is the collection niche unisex of Perfumery Júlia, a mark with more than ninety years of experience, that offers selective cosmetic and also has own marks. Contes Of Parfums is born of the need to create a portal so that the and the perfumistas, through his olfactory talent, can explain histories and turn them into authentic works of art rubricadas by his signature.

The agency Aktiva Brand Experience Design has been the attendant to make the storytelling, conceptualización and direction of art of the project where the teachers and master perfumistas, without restrictions neither barriers in the use of ingredients, shared a very personal and moving history, a moment intimate expressed without words, only through the exquisite and sensory language of the perfume.

The first collection of Contes Of Parfums is Cities, and re-creates a moment specific, a trip to a special city of the world. These memories and unforgettable moments will retell , through an olfactory history very intimate and personal.

Through the packaging, has looked for customise each bottle using an artistic and sensory language with illustrations and photographies, that will relate these incredible histories. In this project each detail is extremely care, from the personalised cap of the bottle, until the packaging secondary, lujoso and of quality. Also it has incorporated multimedia technology by means of codes QR.

DUBAI explains the history of a trip of Anne Flipo of 2010. Anne reflects his memories in Dubai through his unforgettable gastronomy. Notes of sweet Arabs, spices and dátiles. An intense bottom of exotic vanilla wrapped in a universe ambarado. His família olfactory is Oriental gourmand.

TOKYO is another trip of Anne Flipo but this time of 2019. A scent that transports us to Japan to revive a Hanami - contemplation of the cerezos in bloom - by stray corners of Tokyo, with notes of tea of bergamot and rose. His família olfactory is Floral Spicy.

For Nicolás Beaulieu, SHANGHAI occupies a special place in his memory, since it was the origin of his process of training like perfumista. This creation represents the union between the modernity and the tradition. Aromas of substantial pear nashi, a symbol of the Chinese tradition. In his more floral part stands out the peonia Chinese. His família olfactory is floral frutal.

SEVILLE, for Jean-Christophe Hérault is the colour and the art through the smell. A sophisticated bouquet floral of jasmine and flower of naranjo is inspired by the Andalusian charm and the magic of Seville. A warm bottom is woken up by a combination of wood and musk. An Andalusian scent that does not forget his Arab roots. His família olfactory is aldehídico floral.

POSITANO, is an interpretation of Carlos Benaim of the beautiful Italy. His aromatic side and citrus with the characteristic Mediterranean species combines with a chord maríno and salty typical of the cities of the Italian coast. His família olfactory is fougère aromatic.

REYKJAVIK Is the olfactory trip of some weddings of gold in Iceland, explained by Delphine Lebeau. The scent represents the contrasts of the Island. On the one hand, very aromatic and cool inspired by the green fiords and glaciers covered of ice. On the other hand, a reconfortante chord of steam of sauna. And his side especiado, amaderoso and mineral represents his big volcanic activity. His família olfactory is amaderado aqueous.

Servant in BILBAO, Ane Ayo re-creates the walks with his father in the afternoons of summer. Citrus aromas and lavender, depth of the oak and the coffee. The metallic chords imitate the industrial side of Bilbao, together with the green notes and amaderosas of the summer. His família olfactory is green oriental.

HIDRA Inspires in the trip of Ilias Ermenidis in search of peace and tranquility to the paradisíaca white island. A scent that offers simplicity and beauty, with aromas of cool fruit. The warm air and the brilliant sun, the jasmine, the hyacinth and white musk. Floral frutal.

The passion of Ramón Monegal by the navigation is a memory of SIDNEY. The breeze, the sea, the sun and the blue of the sky. Citrus notes of bergamot and pineapple, marine chords combined with noble wood of the sailboat, combined with rose and musk. His família olfactory is floral amaderada.

This is a lovely project colaborativo where the creativity surfaces from all the involved; customer, perfumista and agency. We are anxious to see how will be the next collection.

Mariano Lesser is CDO at Aktiva Brand Experience Design. He has worked in advertising agencies since he was 18 years old, developing a large number of different profiles. Since 2002, he is a founding partner of Aktiva Design. He has completed training as a graphic designer, photography, photojournalism, digital design & design thinking, leadership. He is also a professor at different universities in Barcelona such as IDEP, EINA and IQS and a jury for several international awards such as Veredictas, Ecopackaging, IPA Awards, Digital Beauty Awards, etc.
