Cumlaude Lab presents ENDOPELV, a new comprehensive approach to pelvic well-being. It is a scientific innovation that addresses menstrual pain and endometriosis beyond symptomatic relief.

The innovation combines phytosomal PEA and four probiotic strains to address inflammation, microbiota, and intestinal permeability, three factors involved in pelvic pain associated with endometriosis.

Menstrual and pelvic pain continues to be a normalized reality for millions of women. However, behind this recurrent pain can be conditions such as endometriosis, a disease with a strong physical and emotional impact. Endometriosis affects approximately 190 million women of reproductive age worldwide and continues to be an underdiagnosed disease, with an average diagnostic delay of between 7 and 8 years. Given this reality, Cumlaude Lab launches ENDOPELV, a food supplement designed to support women with an innovative approach based on three key pillars: inflammation, microbiota, and intestinal permeability.

An innovative approach to pelvic well-being

Unlike strategies focused solely on symptomatic relief, ENDOPELV acts on three axes related to pelvic well-being:

  • Inflammation
  • Balance of intestinal and vaginal microbiota
  • Intestinal permeability

Its innovative science-based formula combines:

  • Phytosomal PEA (Palmitoylethanolamide): an endogenous lipid with analgesic and anti-inflammatory properties, whose phytosome technology improves its absorption and bioavailability.
  • Complex of 4 probiotic strains: designed to promote the balance of intestinal and vaginal microbiota, key elements in addressing pelvic pain.
  • Vitamins and minerals (C, D, B6, and Zinc): which contribute to the normal functioning of the immune system, hormonal regulation, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.

This combination makes ENDOPELV the first food supplement from Cumlaude Lab that integrates probiotics and phytosomal PEA in a single product, optimizing its action from a multidimensional approach.

A new resource for pharmacies

With this launch, Cumlaude Lab reinforces the role of pharmacies as a key space for early detection, professional advice, and support for women living with recurrent menstrual pain or suspected endometriosis.

Many women live for years with symptoms such as intense menstrual pain, fatigue, abdominal distension or discomfort during sexual intercourse, habitually resorting to punctual relief solutions.

ENDOPELV is proposed as a pharmaceutical recommendation tool that contributes to improving the quality of life of these women, always as a complement to a gynecological evaluation within a multidisciplinary approach.
