Selvert MED presents the launch of MelanoBalance™, a new professional and home treatment line designed to address one of the most complex signs of skin aging to treat: melanoaging. It is the first system on the market specifically designed to address this emerging concept in dermatology that relates chronic hyperpigmentation to accelerated skin aging.
MelanoBalance™ has been developed under a multifunctional and personalized approach, based on the premise that hyperpigmentation does not have a single cause or a single solution. The line acts simultaneously on the four phases of melanogenesis—activation, synthesis, transfer, and accumulation of melanin—through the combination of state-of-the-art active ingredients, advanced targeted delivery technologies, and synergies between formulas to achieve visible, safe, and adapted results for each skin type.
MelanoBalance™ is indicated for skin with multifactorial hyperpigmentation, especially in cases of melasma, post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation (PIH), freckles, and lentigines.

The system is based on five scientific pillars and a selection of high-performance active ingredients:
Transversal ingredients: Niacinamide and phytic acid, present throughout the line, with antioxidant, soothing, and pigment transfer regulating action.
Reference depigmenting ingredients: Tranexamic acid, Azelaic acid, and Kojic dipalmitate, which contribute to reducing pigment formation.

MelanoBalance™ is structured in a global protocol that combines three professional sessions (day 0, day 14, and day 28) with a daily home protocol, until completing a minimum recommended cycle of 56 days. Intensive Pigment-Reducing Mask: Intensive mask with Azelaic Acid and MelanoSense Bio-modulator, designed to correct hyperpigmentation, melasma, and uneven tone.
Pigment-Correcting Cream: Professional depigmenting cream with TGF-β mimic and turmeric extract, indicated for continuous correction and prevention of hyperpigmentation, ideal post-procedure.
Age Prevent Water Fluid SPF50+: Sun fluid with very high UVB/UVA protection and protection against HEVL and IR. Non-comedogenic.
The at-home treatment
MelanoBalance™ Home Pack: Minimum recommended duration of 56 days (extendable depending on chronicity). Daily use of Enzymatic Exfoliating Lotion and Brightening Spot Correction Cream. Enzymatic Exfoliating Lotion: Preparing exfoliating solution with Gluconolactone and Bromelain that promotes epidermal renewal and improves luminosity.
Brightening Spot Correction Cream: Corrective cream with MicroClear-S and N-Acetyl Glucosamine designed to address dyschromias, improve tone uniformity, and enhance overall luminosity.
Intensive reinforcement phase
To optimize the control of melanogenic activity, it is recommended to apply the mixture of the booster and the mask for at least 3 hours.
Half of the product will be applied the day after the professional treatment and the other half 5 days later.
