But east, was the case of United States, but… How is the labour market in Spain? Obviously, it does not arrive to the levels of United States. Only we are some hundreds of million people less. Besides, the labour market, luckily, is more stable in Spain that in the country of the opportunities. But, according to the reports of the Social Security, in what it goes of year, 30.000 people have abandoned his employment of voluntary form. Besides, as they reflect the last results of the Guide Hays of the Labour Market 2022, 77% of the Spaniards would change of employment if they could, and 68% of them confesses that it looks for work of active form still being working in another company. Of these 30.000 Spaniards, the majority of these renunciations of employment is carried out by part of the millenials (of the 30 to the 45 years).

In other words: do act of presence in the office, fulfil with your obligations and little more. The worker does not have any feeling of relevance to the company and does not develop any type of positive attitude by his company. The 'quiet quitting' (or as it has translated to the Spanish, 'silent renunciation') has purchased popularity in TikTok, platform in which the creators of content go up brief videos doing derision on the issue, that some have categorized as 'silent dismissal'.

Shelving the videos that look for a pair of 'likes' in social networks and make profit about the issue, exist two totally opposite points of view: those that defend the 'quiet quitting', alleging that in reality, the which centres in the defence of the worker, under the premise that the work can not condition the way to live of the worker, and afterwards the another expensive of the coin: people who think that it is fault of ambition, and especially, signal to the youngsters. The defenders of this new current think that is a way to take care against the stress. From the point of view of some experts, consider this behaviour like "a mechanism of coping to tackle the probability of exhaustion and excess of chronic work", and even, think that can become beneficial so that the own worker purchase selfconfidence and know to delimit the limits of his working time.

What is clear is that the companies have to be able to adapt to the new surroundings that left us the COVID-19 after his step. The workers want flexibility in his new places of employment, and this, is one of the reasons by which decide to leave backwards the economic stability that offers them his ancient company in return of some more flexible days. According to the report of Microsoft 'The work trend index' of 2021, 73% of the employees wants options of work in remote flexible The companies have to engage to offer a familiar conciliation of quality, a training to his employees that allow them do feel valid and with new challenges of periodic way.

This new stage supposes a new challenge for the companies as it is the one to retain to the worker, because without the talent of the people all organisation will lack felt. The companies have to encourage and work hard to achieve establish a relation of quality with his workers, so that this, finish developing an empathy to the organisation, and seats to the company like his.
