The cosmetics giant is in the process of recruiting professionals. L'Orñeal has launched its first global recruitment campaign for tech, engineering and science profiles. The company has named this campaign 'Calling All Innovators & Disruptors' and aims to show all the possibilities that exist to be part of the company.

L'Oréal specifies that professionals are required in various areas, specifically in production, supply chain, product development, packaging development, sourcing, marketing, digital, e-commerce and data science.

The company has also detailed in its press release that the industrial and scientific profiles will be able to develop their professional career in the area of hair products at the International Hair Products Factory, which is located in Burgos.

Blanca Muñoz, director of Talent of L'Oréal of Spain and Portugal, has stood out that this will mean a step more in the professionals that incorporate to the cosmetic giant: "we look for professional tech and profiles of engineering and science with win to carry his career to the following level. In general all the profiles that want to challenge the status-quo while they confront to the resolution of complex challenges, in definite, imagine the impossible while they give form to the future of the beauty."
