Muhammad Escudero holds a degree in Arab and Islamic Studies from the University of Granada. He is currently the Director General of the Halal Institute, the leading Halal certification entity in Spain with over 600 clients and one of the most internationally recognized, authorized to certify products that are exported to major Muslim markets. 

With over 15 years of experience in the sector, he has been a speaker at numerous international forums and has participated in training organized by bodies such as JAKIM, MUI, SMIIC, and GSO.
