With a degree in Life Science Technologies specializing in cosmetics, she started her career developing makeup products for an international beauty manufacturer. She joined Schwan Cosmetics over a decade ago, where she spent many years leading the development of all cosmetic formulas across product categories, from early lab trials to market launches. Today, she leads the innovation and trend initiatives in formula development within the R&D department, exploring new formulation technologies and emerging trends. Her deep technical expertise, paired with a strong creative mindset, helps translate ideas into future-ready beauty solutions that meet evolving consumer needs.
