L'Oréal invests 140 million dollars in a new centre of innovation and investigation

This investment by part of L'Oréal turns into the greater outlay of capital in matter of R&D of the history of the company

L'Oréal USES announced the last day of September, that in the 2024, will open a new centre of Investigation and Development in New Jersey.

It treats of a project that comports an investment of 140 million dollars and that, by his figure, represents the outlay of capital more important of the company in R&D since the company exists. This new centre will replace the existent installations that occupy the zone during more than 60 years.

The new centre situated in New Jersey has an area of 250,000 square meters and will accommodate more than 550 employees. Inside his installations will enable spaces of agile work, modular laboratories designed with the aim of 'strengthen the internal associations'.

The centre will specialise in the investigation and the development of the area related with the innovations of the beauty, care capillary, skin and make-up and will be endowed of the last technologies in matter of quality, efficiency, security and sustainability.

David Greenberg, president and CEO of L'Oréal USES, has explained in the press release issued by the company that treats of a historical investment for the company: "This historical investment in our new Centre of Investigation and Innovation is an important milestone for L'Oreal USES to be able to follow putting all our heart and can offer to the American consumers, and of the rest of the world, the last of the science with more innovation, inclusion and sustainability in the products of beauty."
