'Creed Beauty' the brand founded in the year 2014 by two professionals of the industry, has done official in the month of October the acquisition of 'Follain', another of the marks that also devote to the 'clean beauty'.

Once formalised the agreement, 'Follain' will incorporate in the wallet of marks of 'Creed Beauty' and the point of sale that possesses in Boston, will turn into a Creed Store.

With this operation Creed pretends to position and increase his importance inside the space of the 'Clean Beauty', a tendency that surfaced during the year 2010, with marks like Ilia, Beautycounter, between others. Boards, began to explain to the consumer that there was another way to understand the cosmetic: the importance of a correct care of the skin, the formulation and warn on the danger of some components.

"The acquisition of Follain, a company with which share mission, is a very important step for Creed and the 'Clean Beauty'. Of this way, are solidifying the leadership of 'Creed' and the impact that have in our market. We are very excited to be able to continue pleading for the change in an industry very little regulated", explained Stuart Thousand, CEO of Creed.

"From the start, Creed and Follain have carried in a parallel way, already was related with the leadership in clean beauty, affecting the positive change in the industry or providing a platform for a community of marks devoted to the conscientious creation of marks" added the co-founder of Creed, Annie Jackson.

On the other hand, the founder of Follain has explained that it treats of a moment very important for the company: "it Is a moment that it fills us of pride in the history of Follain. It is very important to live this moment in the evolution of the 'clean beauty'. We are happy for seeing like the mark Follain and the products continue creating an impact through Creed."
