In March of the 2022 the group NAOS, created and developed Universe Naos. It is an online platform, which can also be accessed via an app, available for both Android and iOS devices. The head of communication and marketing at NAOS Spain explains to 'Next in Beauty' that the main need that 'Universo NAOS' seeks to satisfy is "to make life easier for our partners: pharmacists, beauty salons, dermatologists and paediatricians. A trusted space connected to their needs and desires. In a single tool they can find the necessary resources to boost their business", explains América Vallejo.

The NAOS Universe programme is an initiative of the NAOS Group that aims to promote skin care education and encourage healthy habits in the population through different channels, such as its website, social networks and mobile apps. In addition, the programme also promotes research and development of new dermatological products that are in line with the principles of the NAOS philosophy and works in collaboration with healthcare professionals to improve the health and well-being of people's skin.

The main characteristics and strengths of 'NAOS Universe', as specified by the company itself, are the following:

  • Naos Game:Being an expert on NAOS products has never been so much fun. Through this training game and its challenges you can activate sales, increase your visibility and offer impeccable advice to customers. All users who are active in the game, in the completion of the challenges as well as in the execution of the online trainings accumulate euros which they can exchange for free products and reach the international grand finale. In addition, another special feature of this point is that points are accumulated to gain access to a national ranking and to be able to reach the aforementioned international final held in the Alps.

Through this platform we want to turn the NAOS group into the main daily support of its partners to impact in the most positive way on the management and operation of the business of pharmacies, aesthetic centres and medical centres.

Specifically, medical specialists as well as pharmacists can also be helped to provide them with extra information and knowledge of NAOS products through monthly challenges with the ultimate goal of activating new sales, generating and achieving greater visibility and offering better advice to customers and increasing their degree of satisfaction.
