L’Oréal has decided to expand its strategic collaboration with NVIDIA with a clear objective: to scale and accelerate the use of artificial intelligence across all layers of its business, from creativity to the shopping experience. The move consolidates a key idea, and that is that for the French giant, AI is no longer a tactical tool in beauty, but a strategic infrastructure.

The alliance, initially announced in 2025, now enters a new phase focused on massive implementation. L'Oréal is integrating the NVIDIA AI Enterprise platform to accelerate the development and deployment of artificial intelligence-based solutions, including generative AI and more advanced automation systems.

One of the pillars of this collaboration is CREAITECH, L’Oréal's internal generative AI platform. This tool combines 3D product rendering with AI to produce creative content at scale, optimizing campaigns in e-commerce, social media, and influencer marketing. The key is not only to produce more content, but to do it faster, more personalized, and with greater brand consistency.

The ambition goes much further than campaigns or recommenders. L’Oréal seeks to integrate AI into critical areas such as product development, real-time skin diagnosis, personalization at scale, and operations optimization.
