Coty raises the stakes on artificial intelligence. The French cosmetics group has announced that it has reached an agreement with the owner of ChatGPT, OpenAI to increase and improve the use of artificial intelligence tools in some areas of the company.

The group will use these tools on a corporate scale and with tools that have a broad level of security and an analytical capacity that will help improve the company's operational performance.

"This collaboration allows Coty's teams to use OpenAI's different tools securely, and the ability to go online and accompany Coty in its expectations for privacy, quality, and performance" explained Jerome Auvinet, Chief Information, Digital Innovation & Business Services Officer.

From Coty they value this new step very positively because it will help work teams to focus on tasks that bring more value to the business organization. "Human expertise remains at the center of Coty, the use of artificial intelligence, this will serve to enable and promote the strategic and creative thinking that defines our brands".
