This AI-powered tool allows for the detection of skin lesions, even those imperceptible to the human eye, with advanced precision. The device captures images of the skin and compares lesions with a database of millions of medical images, providing immediate analysis of their benignity and facilitating the work of dermatologists. Another major innovation in the dermatological field came from TechDerma, whose CEO, Álex Burguesa, presented meesma, a portable device for capturing standardized high-quality images. This system allows for photographs of the face and body under different types of lighting to analyze pigmented lesions, wrinkles, melasma, dark spots, acne, and skin texture. Its portable design facilitates its use directly in medical consultations without the need for specialized booths.
