The family Della Valley refuses the available options of the company of shoes of luxury. As it has informed Reuters, this offer would not allow them to the brothers Diego and Adrea Della Fence in to do charge of 90% of the property. At present, as it signals Modaes, the holding Deva Finance possesses 63,6% of the actions of Tod's and is the main shareholder. They purchase a lower percentage Delphine of Bernarnd Arnault and LVMH.
