These new 140 employees that pretends to hire the company would add to the 108 that at present occupy the tasks of manufacture in the plant.

Buff Will continue with his plan of internalize all the production that will carry them to grow and consolidate internationally. It pretends to achieve it, partly, thanks to the investment that made recently of 1,6 million euros in machinery of leading technology with the intention to obtain a greater performance in his productive processes, and in the acquisition of the new ship of 1.500 metres in Equalised, that has carried the greater part of the capital invested. This location coincides with the location of his central offices, and expect to operate to productive level what before.
At present, so alone 10% of his production is externalize, since 90% makes in Equalised, and the set up of this new ship, will allow, if all goes out according to the planned, that 100% of his production make in the same point. The General Director of Buff shared some details in 'Fashion United' on the strategic plan that already is under way : "it has allocated an investment of 1,4 million euros for the enlargement, with which will build a new building of 3 plants of 1.500 square metres.
