Croda is looking for a replacement after the future departure of its CFO. Louisa Burdett announced to the company that she would be leaving the company in June to start a new professional challenge in another company and the Board of Croda International is already looking for her successor.

All the members of the Board wanted to thank Louisa Burdett for her role and commitment during her years at Croda and expect to announce it during the first quarter of this year.

They also used the announcement to confirm that trading activity is in line with their previously shared forecasts and they expect to post a profit of around £300 million to £320 million.

During the first half of the financial year, Croda reported an increase in sales in its Beauty Actives division, particularly higher volumes in Beauty Care. During the year they continued to invest in innovation with new research and development teams especially in Asia, in the China and India area.
