The multinational French cosmetic wants to promote the new companies of the cosmetic sector directed by women and will allocate 25 million euros

The French firm has presented the initiative L'Oreal BOLD Female Founders. An initiative designed and developed integramente to give support to the startups led by women and that has an investment of 25 million euros, with the aim to promote the equity in the ecosystem 'beauty'.

Nicolas Hieronimus, executive director of L'Oreal has emphasized in the press release published the past 25 May by signs it gala, that "L'Oreal has engaged with the female empowerment during a lot of years, in numerous initiatives, as for example with other entities like the UNESCO. The aim of BOLD Women Founders is to promote the finance of companies directed by women, that keeps in an incredibly low level. Nowadays, 30% of the startups of our bottom of main risk BOLD are led by women. With BOLD (Business Opportunities for L'Oréal Development) Female Founders, want to accelerate our investment of capital of risk to support the female empowerment."

This investment fund was created to finals of 2018, with the intention to put the focus in companies of recent creation that worked in new models of business related with the marketing, the investigation, innovation retail, communication or the packaging. With this new step, now, wants to put of self-evident that concerns by the equity in the world of the direction of the companies and tries to promote and guarantee opportunities of leadership to the women devoted to the sector beauty.
