NicePack opens up to the cosmetics sector and launches new products

The company that is specialised in the manufacture and packaging of soap in tablets for third parties foresees to invoice more than 1 million of euros this year

The only soap shop industrial of Catalonia, that until hour centralized its activity in the hotel and catering industry, bet by the cosmetic through his solid shampoo and new creations adapted to the needs of each customer. The company begins to recover the normality regarding levels of activity after the pandemia, period in which they recognise to have it had a bad time as they explain in the article of The Avant-garde. "Owing to the pandemia lost the destined production to the hotel sector, to the that devote two of our three lines. Two of these three lines of manufacture allocated exclusively to jaboncitos for hotels, and the third for soaps of cosmetic and perfumery. Now, we have reequilibrado the production in 50% in each field and goes us better" explained Joaquim Bernat in La Vanguardia.

At present, NicePack possesses to 75 customers in Spain, but also has international market in countries like Puerto Rico and United States. In the last 2 years the company has decided to invest in the best technology in matter of court and packaging, and his manufacture round the 500.000 kilos of soap to the year and his products are very wide: they offer to his customers from shaving soap until others that possess rose mosqueta or aloe edge. "Our products are manufactured with oil of palm and palm kernel of Indonesia and Malaysia. Afterwards we add the aroma or the perfume that asks us the customer. We cut it if they ask it to us, and also pack it or wrap it. It is a suit to measure" concludes the director. The main ingredient of his products is always the soap without detergents nor phosphates and as says Joaquim, the consumer makes it to his taste, since it can choose between a classical base of tallow/coconut or a base 100% natural.

With regard to his evolution in the sector of the cosmetic, at present, find in process of manufacture of some shampoos for two companies devoted to the sector of the hair salon, that in few months foresee his commercialisation.
