The organisers of the IFSCC Congress have published the final programme. The Catalan capital will become the epicentre of cosmetics from 4 to 7 September with this year's theme: "Rethinking Beauty Science". The congress will provide an opportunity to discover the latest developments in the cosmetics sector and find out what the future holds for cosmetics.

On the IFSCC website you can already find the scientific programme, which will bring together more than 80 international speakers covering different areas such as new technologies, biology, dermatology and other branches of science. Among these international speakers are, for example, Professor Paco Calvo, who is a researcher at the Minimal Intelligence Laboratory, Dr. Marc Güells, who leads the Translational Synthetic Biology Lab at UPF, Ana Kljuic, Vice President R&I at L'Oréal for the Future & Green Sciences and Dr. Kentaro Kajiya, Business Core Technology Manager at Shiseido.

With more than 20 presentations per day organised in different days, the first day, "Rethinking Nature", the second day, "Rethinking Beauty" and the last day "Rethinking Science" will take place at the CCIB in Barcelona.

The congress will have an exhibition area with stands, workshops (among which the Beauty Cluster and the Spanish Society of Cosmetic Chemists is part of and organises) and an awards ceremony as well as the opportunity to enjoy the interaction and networking among the congress attendees.

You can consult all the details of the program in the web page of the IFSCC.
