Disproquima, a family international company with more than 50 years of experience in the Life Science industry, has announced the acquisition of Enzym, a Polish distributor of cosmetic ingredients founded in 2015.
This acquisition represents a significant step in Disproquima's expansion strategy in Central Europe, strengthening its capabilities in the Personal Care segment and improving its ability to serve customers with greater proximity, technical expertise, and agility.
Enzym brings a solid reputation in the Polish market, backed by a broad portfolio of high-quality cosmetic ingredients and lasting relationships with customers and represented companies.
Its technical and formulation knowledge, combined with its customer-centric approach, aligns perfectly with Disproquima's values and long-term vision.
After the acquisition, the business will continue to be led by Agnieszka Choynowska, former co-owner of Enzym, who will assume the role of Country Manager for Polonia. Her deep market knowledge, leadership, and strong relationships in the sector will be essential to ensure continuity for employees, customers, and represented companies, while driving the next phase of growth under the Disproquima umbrella.
“We are delighted to welcome Enzym to the Disproquima family,” stated Sandra Sánchez, CEO of Disproquima. “Its solid market experience, customer-centric culture, and deep knowledge of the Personal Care industry fit perfectly with our values. This strategic step strengthens our presence in Central Europe and enhances our ability to offer customers greater technical proximity and specialized solutions.”
The acquisition was officially completed on May 25, 2026, marking the beginning of a smooth integration process, facilitated by the cultural and strategic alignment between both companies. This union reinforces Disproquima's long-term commitment to growth, innovation, and excellence in the Life Science industry, and further expands its presence across four continents.
