Chemir announces the incorporation into its distribution portfolio of certain products from MANE, Agrimer, and Naturol in the Spanish market and thus consolidates its growth.
With this, it expands its portfolio of ingredients and solutions for the cosmetic industry. MANE, a French group with more than 150 years of experience, is one of the main global players in fragrances and flavors. The company stands out for its ability to integrate science and creativity in sensory development. Since February, Chemir is the official distributor in Spain of a selection of fragrances developed by MANE.
Agrimer, also based in France, specializes in the sustainable transformation of algae and resources from the Iroise Sea, on the western coast of Brittany. This agreement strengthens Chemir's offering in marine-derived ingredients. Its range includes active ingredients, dried algae, microalgae, halophyte plants, seawater, and mineral derivatives.
For its part, Naturol is a Spanish company specialized in the development of high-performance natural lipid blends. Its ESSENTIKA — SQA range is composed of blends formulated with Squalane, natural antioxidants and functional co-emollients for different sensory profiles.
With these agreements, Chemir expands its capacity to offer more specific solutions in formulation, combining raw materials of natural origin, sensory development, and technical support in the local market.
“Working with companies like Agrimer, Naturol and Mane allows us to offer more complete, updated and coherent solutions with the needs of our clients”, says Mercè Rodríguez, CEO of Chemir.
With these additions, the company strengthens its presence in Spain and expands its network of partners and portfolio of ingredients which already included Sensient Beauty (color) and Incospharm (peptides and exosomes), as well as its own manufactured ingredients.
