The Spanish Association of Scents and Alimentary Aromas (AEFAA) and Beauty Cluster signed the past Wednesday 28 September an institutional agreement of collaboration during the celebration in Barcelona of the fair Cosmetorium. Both parts, represented by José Solá (president of AEFAA) and Eva Lluch (president of the Beauty Cluster) have expressed his interest in promoting of conjoint and simultaneous way to the sector of the perfumery and scents, thanks to the complementarity of both entities. With this agreement will make possible the facilitation of the conjoint work in projects and activities of interest for the sector, as well as the participation of partners of both entities in events or initiatives of each association.
Eva Lluch, president of Beauty Cluster, declared that: 'With this agreement step more so that the industry work joined and can project internationally to the sector and that, from the cluster, can offer all our support to the initiatives that make other associations that are complementary to our activity'. On the other hand, Josep Solá added that: 'The commitment of our association to promote the development and defence of our sector strengthens today with the signature of this agreement with Beauty Cluster. We consider that the collaboration with other associations of the chain of value is essential to give a greater visibility of the activities of the industry of the sector and to face joined the challenges of common future that pose us '.
The Spanish Association of Scents and Alimentary Aromas (AEFAA) explains today with more than 40 years of activity and integrates to 36 companies associated that cover more than 79,2% of the employment of the sector of the scents and alimentary aromas and 86,9% of his figure of total turnover. The Beauty Cluster, been born in 2014, represents transversally to all the chain of value of the cosmetic, perfumery and personal care in Spain. At present, it has 240 companies associated from the creation of product until his commercialisation.
