Acofarma and Laboratories Phergal started 2023 with great news: they received the certification of Good Manufacturing Practices, known also by its acronyms in English as GMP. This certification guarantees the integrity of his process of manufacture and is awarded by the Spanish Agency of Medicine and Sanitary Products (AEMPs).
The AEMPs is an agency ascribed to the Ministry of Health and is the responsible organism to guarantee the quality, security, efficiency, and correct information of medicines and sanitary products.
In Acofarma the recognition arrives in its 75 anniversary, an aspect that has wanted to highlight Francesc Balletbó, CEO of the company: "it arrives in a moment fundamental for the company that certifies our position in the sector like laboratory property of the pharmaceutical cooperatives.
