In October of 2021, Zurko Research took part of capillary area by the purchase of participations of CTC (Centro de Tecnología Capilar). Now, it does scarce two weeks, the company Zurko Research, informed that they get with CTC, the company devoted to the care, investigation and testing capillary and scalp from 25 years ago.
Sabina Giovanni, General Director of the Group Zurko Research has valued the movement of the following way: "This acquisition allows us expand the horizons of Zurko and deepen a deeper knowledge of the evaluation of products for hair and scalp. In almost two years have focused us in the integration of the team and have been able to perfect and expand our knowledge in these areas. The process of acquisition and integration has been completed and now CTC is a member of right plenary of the group Zurko Research."
The Technical Director of CTC, Alfonso Fernández, shows satisfied by the acquisition of CTC by Zurko Research since it means a new opportunity of growth and development. "There is a big number of synergies between the two companies, the most notable the fact to contribute 25 years of experience in testing of capilr products and now thanks to Zurko can have more resources and achieve an organisational support. I am thrilled with the purchase and entirely convinced that this will help us to achieve a level that do not imagine."
