Denia and Vanesa Martínez, vice president and CEO respectively of Grupo Carinsa, were recognized by the prestigious Forbes magazine, in collaboration with Deutsche Bank, as two of the 25 most outstanding businesswomen of 2025, at an event held at the Four Seasons Hotel in Madrid. This recognition values the professional trajectory, innovative capacity, sustainable vision, and positive social impact of business leaders.

Founded in 1993 by chemical engineer Alberto Martínez Ortega, Carinsa is an international benchmark in aromas, fragrances, and comprehensive solutions for perfumery, cosmetics, and food. After taking over the management of the family business in 2005, Denia and Vanesa Martínez have transformed Carinsa into a global company with a presence in 58 countries and subsidiaries in Algeria, Morocco, Turkey, and Venezuela, with ambitious expansion plans in sub-Saharan Africa.
The company has 200 professionals from 33 nationalities, with 30% dedicated to R&D and 20% holding doctorates in industrial fields, as well as being flavorists and perfumers. Carinsa allocates 20% of its turnover to research and development in three strategic areas: nutrition and health, sustainability, and technological disruption.
