Air-Val International strengthens its position in the perfumery industry with the launch of Air-Val Perfumes, a new division specialized in the development and manufacturing of perfumes for third parties. The initiative is supported by more than 45 years of experience of the group in the sector and a consolidated trajectory in the integration of the entire value chain: conceptualization, design, development, production, packaging, and market arrival.

Founded in 1979, the Air-Val Group has built a solid international presence, with activity in more than 90 countries and extensive experience working with brands, retailers, and global companies. With Air-Val Perfumes, the group begins a new stage aimed at offering its industrial, technical, and creative capabilities to third-party brands that seek to transform an olfactory vision into a product ready for international commercialization.

The new division is presented as a European industrial partner for perfumery, beauty, fashion, and retail brands that need to develop, produce, or scale fragrance projects with guarantees of quality, on-time delivery, and maximum confidentiality. Its proposal combines creativity, technical expertise, production capacity, and service vocation, with a model designed to accompany each client from the initial phases of the project to the final product.

High industrial capacity to scale perfumery projects

Air-Val Perfumes operates on a powerful industrial infrastructure, with 12 production lines and an annual capacity of 75 million units, which allows it to tackle projects of different complexity and volume. This capacity places the division in a solid position to respond to both specific launches and large-scale productions, always under criteria of quality, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

As part of its growth strategy, Air-Val International has made an investment of 6 million euros aimed at strengthening its industrial capabilities. This investment has allowed the incorporation of new state-of-the-art automatic filling and packaging lines, improving the productivity, efficiency, and operational flexibility of the plant.

Likewise, the group has significantly expanded its mixing and maceration capacity, optimizing manufacturing processes and strengthening its responsiveness to the needs of international brands. These improvements consolidate Air-Val Perfumes as an industrial partner prepared to accompany the growth of its clients in global markets.

The plant allows integrating under a single work model the main phases of industrial perfume development: formulation, manufacturing, maceration, filtering, packaging, and final conditioning. This integrated vision allows reducing complexity, improving coordination, and offering greater control over each phase of the process.

Three collaboration models to adapt to each project

Air-Val Perfumes offers different collaboration modalities adapted to the needs of each brand: Full Service, Contract Manufacturing, and Private Label.

The Full Service model is aimed at projects that require comprehensive support, from the initial concept and olfactory development to packaging design, industrialization, manufacturing, packaging, regulatory documentation, and delivery.

The Contract Manufacturing model is aimed at brands that already have a defined fragrance, formula, or technical brief and need an industrial partner capable of producing, packaging, and documenting the product under their specifications.

For its part, the Private Label model allows brands and retailers to accelerate their market launch based on existing formulas and developments, with the possibility of olfactory adaptation, packaging customization, and turnkey production.
