The company founded in Germany has announced the change in its management. Calvin McDonald will be the next CEO of the company although it will not take effect until next April 2 and he will also become part of the board of directors.
"I am excited to return to the beauty industry and to such an innovative sector that is constantly evolving, driven by consumers who have a genuine passion for the products they love". The current CEO until next April 2 will continue to be part of the business side as executive chairman and will continue to contribute his experience to the new CEO in the leadership team.
McDonald's has experience in the sector, as he previously served as CEO for Sephora America and at Lululemon. In addition, he is part of the board of directors of Walt Disney and holds an MBA from the prestigious University of Toronto.

This is a key moment for the company and I am very eager to be part of this talented team and to draw the future of beauty together". McDonald explained in a press release issued by the German company.
