Val Díez Becomes the New CEO of Stanpa

The National Perfumery and Cosmetics Association (Stanpa) restructures its senior management and creates a new executive management, led by Susana Arranz.

Stanpa restructures its senior management team. Val Díez takes on a new role and becomes the CEO of the National Perfumery and Cosmetics Association (Stanpa), and Susana Arranz has become the executive director of the organization.

Stanpa has reorganized its senior management, fulfilling the steps defined in its 2024-2027 Strategic Plan. Val Díez is leaving the general management to become the CEO. Susana Arranz is now taking over the position Díez held until now, and will assume the operational coordination of the organization and ensure the promotion of the high-value services that Stanpa offers to its partners, as well as the execution of strategic initiatives.

From now on, Val Díez will assume functions more related to the area of institutional representation, strategy, and high-level dialogue, both nationally and internationally, focusing her efforts on gaining visibility at the European level.

The new CEO has served as executive director of Stanpa since 2007, and has also led the Stanpa Foundation and serves as vice president of the Perfume Academy. For her part, Susana Arranz has been part of Stanpa for more than 12 years; she joined in 2013 to head the internationalization area. Subsequently, she also assumed the direction of the Innovation Area and Feeling Innovation by Stanpa.
