The American company of cosmetic has done to know through a press release that to finals of year will effect a change in the leadership of the company.

David Holl, the one who will be CEO during the days that remain of 2022, will leave his charge and Ryan Rogers, the grandson of Mary Kay Ash, Ryan Rogers, will assume the control of the company on 1 January 2023.

Rogers Joined to the company in the year 2000, and has been vice-president of 'The Mary Kay Ash Foundation' from the 2001. During his 20 years in the company, Roger has been member of the managerial board and, from 2013, has exerted like director of investments. "As a young man, my grandmother predicted that some day would assume the leadership of the company and would work to prepare me sharing with me lessons of leadership. As it is normal, Mary Kay had reason. It honours me and at the same time it fills me of energy the have the opportunity to lead the company of my grandmother in his 60 anniversary" has confessed Ryan Rogers.

David Holl, that has formed part of the company during more than 30 years, has wanted to do a small assessment of his go through the company and of what has meant for him: "In addition to my family, at all has been so rewarding like forming part of Mary Kay during the last 30 years. Always I will be proud to having been part of this project, his work and his mission enriching the life of the women. Now, following with the steps of my grandmother, Mary Kay Ash and his father Richard Rogers, Ryan will turn into the third generation of the family of Mary Kay in leading this big company."
