Laboratorios Sesderma chooses Luis Doussinague as new CEO-general manager to lead its transformation plan.

As explained by the company itself, his incorporation has been approved by the board of directors within the framework of the implementation of the group's new corporate governance model and constitutes the first major milestone after JB Capital took executive control and injected capital.

Doussinague has extensive experience in the dermo-cosmetics sector: he was recently at ISDIN Spain, a company where he served as Country Manager and promoted the brand's positioning in key areas such as advanced photoprotection and anti-aging routines.

Sesderma wants to promote a profound organizational evolution through the incorporation of a top-level management team that accelerates Sesderma's cultural transformation and reinforces its transition towards a fully professionalized management model.

The company explains that it expects to boost its growth in the Spanish market through the optimization of service, operations, and customer experience, consolidating a close and specialized relationship model with pharmacies and dermatologists.

Sesderma will also strengthen its position in the markets where it already operates through profitable growth in its strategic geographies.

Luis Doussinage explained in a press release sent by the company that he joins the company with a clear objective: "joining Sesderma to lead this new executive stage represents an exciting challenge. Our objective is clear: to scale the business model, promote scientific avant-garde, and turn this laboratory into an unbeatable global player."
