Restructuring in the executive leadership of LVMH

In addition to the appointment of Stéphane Rinderknech, LVMH has reorganised his division of cosmetic and perfumery

LVMH wants to strengthen it division of cosmetic and perfumery to a solider positioning with the appointment of Stéphane Rinderknech, that has a wide experience in beauty sector. He initiated his professional trajectory  in the 2001 in L'Oréal Group where he was at the top as CEO of the division of the group in United States and in China. With his incorporation into LVMH in 2022, it has taken them less than a year to now take on the leadership of fifteen cosmetic companies that are part of the luxury and cosmetics conglomerate.

This change also adds other modifications inside the area beauty of the group LVMH. On the one hand, Véronique Courtois, from now, will exert like CEO of Parfums Chirstian Dior, which she directed from more than 6 years, between the 2012 and the 2019. Gabrielle Saint-Genis has been the elected to lead Guerlain,  just like Rinderknech, they also developed a significant part of their professional trajectory at L'Oréal.

These appoinments that were announced at the beginning of the month of March, are accompanied alsoby another more recent, that published yesterday in the portal specialised in fashion information 'Fashion Network'. As it publishes this media and keeping to a press release of the group LVMH, Laurent Mignon will form part of the leadership of LVMH although it still needs to be formalized at the general assembly that will be held on April 20th. Mignon will follow to Diego Della Valle, who is the founder and president of the fashionable Italian group Tod's, after denying being reelected. Mignon holds at present the charge of president in the managerial board of Wendel, a French investment fund and that directs from the past month of December. Laurent Mignon formed part also of the French banking group Groupe BPCE, that led during his 4 last years in the company, exerts like vice-president of the managerial board of Bureau Veritas, in additionhe joins on the managerial board of Arkema and of the Association Pour him rayonnment of l'Opéra National of Paris (AROP).
