Interparfums has recently announced the departure of the creative director of Rochas, Charles de Vilmorin, after being part of it for two years.
On March 31, as published by WWD, his contract with one of the world's largest perfumery manufacturers came to an end and the company is now looking to fill his position and expects to announce his replacement in the coming months.
Charles de Vilmorin is a 26-year-old French designer who joined Rochas in 2021, specifically in February. His debut at Rochas was in April 2022, when he brought out his first line with the company. Vilmorin is a graduate of l'Ecole de la Chambre Syndicale de la Couture Parisienne in 2019, he joined the French company with the aim of "bringing a touch of youth and bringing Rochas a new life," as the company itself indicated at the time.
