Eurofragance renews the general management in the Middle East

These changes are part of the process of strengthening Eurofragance's business in the Middle East, which in 2024 obtained extraordinary growth, and in India, which benefited from rapid and positive economic development.

Eurofragance today announces a strategic step in its senior management in the Middle East, a key market for the company, with the appointment of Oumayma Tabet as the new general manager, who will take over from January 2026. 

Antoine de Riedmaten, who until now held his position, is leaving his operational position after more than a decade of experience in the company and maintains his connection as a member of the Board of Directors of the Middle East and India. The leadership of this region is now structured in two areas: India, under the direction of Mayur Kapse, general manager of the country, and the Middle East, under the leadership of Oumayma Tabet.

I am proud to remain linked to this extraordinary region from a new perspective, and to accompany Oumayma, whose talent, vision and knowledge of the market are unquestionable”, says Antoine de Riedmatten. Since joining Eurofragance in 2014, Antoine has been a key figure in the professionalization and internationalization of the company. His career highlights include the creation of the Creative Center and the regional headquarters in Dubai.

As a result of this favorable, although also competitive and rapidly transforming environment, the company has restructured its regional Board of Directors. This reinforcement responds to the desire to ensure continuous growth with customers and will allow the strategies established by the multinational to be implemented more solidly.

The appointment of Oumayma Tabet as the new director of the Middle East marks a new stage in Eurofragance, which thus reinforces its commitment to internal talent, strategic continuity and customer-focused leadership. With a career of more than 21 years in the fragrance sector, Tabet brings a combination of technical experience, market knowledge and creative sensitivity.

Her career has taken her through international companies such as Quest International and Mane, and in the last two years she has led the Eurofragance creative center in Dubai, consolidating the team as a regional benchmark in innovation and spirit of collaboration. Under her leadership, key alliances have been strengthened and a culture of high performance has been promoted, based on excellence, diversity and customer proximity.
