Eurofragance names Shekhar Srinivasan to lead the Indian market

The fragrance house Eurofragance has chosen its leader for the India region. Shekhar Srinivasan has been chosen as the head of Eurofragance in India. Srinivasan has a trajectory of more than 20 years in the fragrance market and the specialty chemicals industry. 

Before joining the Spanish fragrance company, he served as Global Business Head at Godrej Industries where he led a global portfolio with notable growth and profit. Srinivasan has held positions of responsibility at DSM-Firmenich, Ingevity India, Aranca, and PetroTel. 

In this new position, Shekhar will lead Eurofragance India, focusing on business growth, strengthening sponsorships and consumer relationships, expanding its international presence in markets, and advancing the company to a new phase of growth, including the development of new facilities in India. 

Since its opening in India in 2018, Eurofragance has managed to build a network with more than 50 employees and has succeeded in attracting consumers in fine fragrance, home care, and personal care categories. 

Srinivasan explained that "I am very excited to join Eurofragance at this crucial moment in its journey in India. India represents one of the fastest-growing and most dynamic markets in the world."
