The multinational fragrance company Eurofragance entrusts Diana March as Global Director of Sustainability and Technical Compliance to lead the company's sustainable development. This appointment is a further step in Eurofragance's clear commitment to sustainability. March will assume the leadership of sustainability, a newly created position aligned with the company's philosophy and values.  For Eurofragance, sustainability is a priority that forms part of its decision-making process. The company drives strategic initiatives around four main axes: safety, biodiversity, community and resources.

March, who previously worked at BASF Española, joined Eurofragance in 2017 and, two years later, assumed the position of Global Technical Compliance Manager.  Until now, the executive led the sustainability strategy, supported by a team made up of people from different departments, and managed Eurofragance's Technical Compliance area: the Quality Control, Quality Assurance and Environment, Regulatory Affairs, Formula Management and Health and Safety departments.  In this new phase, March, together with the sustainability team, will reaffirm the commitment to sustainability with new initiatives, and will look at new challenges to be achieved.  Among them, minimising waste generation and reducing the carbon footprint, not only in the impact generated by the company, but also in collaboration with its partners.

Diana March has confessed that "The sustainability is not a fashion passenger, but an increasingly strong value. It treats of a current that begins from below in which each individual wants to participate and contribute his granite of sand. It does not treat of a tendency, but of a unstoppable movement."
