CPL Aromas incorporates three senior perfumers into its English division

Jean-Charles Mignon, Anne-Sylvie Lenoir and Mathieu Lenoir will join the creative team in London

The house of familiar scents has communicated through a press release that will incorporate to his Division of the United Kingdom, three perfumers senior. They will form part of the creative team and will work in Innovation House, in Bishop's Storford.

Mathieu Lenoir will the Director of Perfumery of CPL Aromas of United Kingdom, joins to the company with a big experience. It began his career in Givaudan and was during more than 18 years forming and later, was 5 years in Firmenich. Afterwards, it went Head of Perfumery in EFF where has been until incorporating this month of October to CPL Aromas. "My passion by the perfume has carried me to submerge me in a loaded trip of experiences inspirational and incredible meetings that have me allowed understand even more on me and the constant change of the world" explains Lenoir to CPL. The challenge that assumes the perfumist in the company is to work with the different teams of CPL to achieve scents more sustainable.

Jean-Charles Mignon is the second incorporation in CPL. It was born in Poitiers, in France and was always in contact with the flowers put that his parents were proprietary of a florist. His ambition by the perfumery began when he was student of chemistry in the University of Poitiers and TheHavre. Afterwards, it began his career in Grasse Institute of Perfumery. After working during 8 years in Robertet Group, incorporates like Senior Perfumer in CPL. To know more on Mignon, CPL explains that his source of inspiration is the discovery of new places: like this, it knows new cultures, landscapes and gastronomy. "Now and in the future, will try to choose the best prime matters with the lower possible impact in the planet. New materials that are created using different technologies with the minimum broadcasts in the process. The future of the scent also needs more transparency with the consumers."

The last incorporation that communicated CPL Aromas was the one of Anne-Sylvie Lenoir. Also it will occupy the charge of Senior Perfumer, and also has lived the perfumery since it was small and conserves a full box of colonies and fragancias. Anne-Sylvie studied Science in the University and later, began his training in Givaudan, that belonged to the program to turn into perfumist having previous experience in companies of the cosmetic sector. His stay in Givaudan carried it to Singapore and France, followed of a season in Firmenich in Asia .After taking a brief rest of the perfumery and work in a farm of organic vegetables Anne-Sylvie moved to the United Kingdom working in EFF before joining to CPL. Has a strong devotion to the sustainability, and appreciates that CPL have integrated the sustainability in the model of business and that will have the tools to comprise better the impact of the scent and measure his sustainability.
